Three mentoring models have been developed along a transnational definition of mentoring to work



Jyväskylä Educational Consortium Gradia developed a mentoring model for migrants in the context of vocational education.

Hefboom developed a mentoring to work model (M2NEC) to support low qualified refugees in transitioning from short term employment in Work Integrated Social Economy (WISE) to sustainable employment in the regular economy (NEC).



LAMSA developed a mentoring to work model 'MeMoGa' for low qualified refugees.  The aim was to develop a mentoring to work model that improves the long-term integration of low-skilled refugees into the labour market in Saxony-Anhalt.
